- NHNatalie Hammond2 days ago2.0We had a very strange experience this evening. We showed up at 7.10 to a half empty restaurant only to be told they couldn’t accommodate us and to try again in half an hour. As we left I had a look online and managed to book a table instantly. We went back in and told the manager that we now had a booking. She didn’t look happy. Her male colleague then made a comment that the food might take a while and another comment about finding our booking. She then led us to a table and then threw the menus down stroppily. Cannot understand the reason for any of this. Having said this our waitress was very nice and the food was good. When we left the restaurant was still half empty.

- JCJonathan CutnerMay 16, 20265.0Fantastic experience, first time at a Zizzi. They were super conscious about my Mollusc allergy, I’ve never been to a restaurant that focused and attentive before. Genuinely impressed with the detail, to provide an allergen menu, an indicator on the table and even a note on the dish that it was made with care with my allergy in mind. All the staff that came to the table were immediately aware. Special shout out to our server Ala, so pleasant, friendly and polite. Super sweet to our 2 year old daughter as well. Couldn’t ask for more - highly recommended.
- AOAngel OvrawahMay 3, 20265.0I had my birthday dinner with my friend and it was lovely. Great foood ( I had pasta ala vodka ) and my colleague had the sea bass ( really good too- I tried some). I think it’s the little touches that make Zizi standout ( for example the little cups of hot chocolate they served at the end of our meal !!! That was a very beautiful end to an amazing meal. This was our first time there and we agreed we would definitely be back. Thanks to our servers and the chef. We came on Friday 1st. Of May
